Who is Responsible for Dr. Kings Death
You may know that Martain Luther King Jr. was shot and killed at 6:01 p.m. on April 4 1968 by a guy named James Earl Ray. He was claimed to be the man who shot Dr. King from a rooming house bathroom near the Lorraine Motel. Ray had faced many smaller crimes before shooting Dr. King. He even tried leaving the country to go to Canada but couldn't find a way across, he then found his way down to Alabama, then Mexico and later to Los Angeles. After assassinating Dr. King Ray surved a 99 year sentence in jail then it became a 100 year sentence after the judge found out he excaped from jail in 1967. Ray died in prison April 23 1998.
